Lets not beat around the bush. If you want rapid and visible results you’re going to have to dish out some dosh. Personal training is not cheap and may require up to 3 sessions a week. Think of it as an investment!
YOU DON’T NEED US FOREVER.
Yes PT is expensive, but you don’t need your PT with you forever. My job is to educate you on training and nutrition and give you the confidence and resources to do it all on your own eventually. Once you have created your own lifestyle which you’ll never abandon, I’ve done my job and its time for you to spread your wings and fly young one!
YOUR CORE IS NOT THE BIG PROBLEM.
Worrying about your core is a bit like ordering a diet coke with your big mac. How about focusing on your strength, lifting your own body weight up, mobility, posture and actually engaging the correct muscles before doing 1000 sit ups?
IF YOUR’E NOT GETTING RESULTS WITHIN 30 DAYS HIRE ANOTHER PT.
If you are paying good money for someone to analyse and transform your body with their professional guidance, then it should not take over 30 days to see progression. Progression can be from muscular gains to confidence gain – think bigger.
YOU DON’T NEED 1 HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS.
30 – 45 minute sessions are really good at keeping the sessions fun and intense! Quality always over quantity.
WE KNOW WHEN YOUR’E LYING ABOUT DIET AND EXERCISE.
Well I do at least…If I’m putting you through one of my killer workouts 3 times a week and you’re not seeing results, maybe I need to visit your friend – the fridge.
