The new year is approaching and its time for that mushy reflection type stuff! Here’s my 7 good things that happened to me in 2016 and I want you to try it for yourself!
I STARTED MY BLOG
Since starting in April I’ve fell in love with blogging. It’s a way I can express my opinion, spread knowledge and research! It’s a place where I can be myself. A place where you guys can get to know me and interact more!
I’VE BECOME A BETTER PT
It’s been just over a year now of me PTraining and I’m more confident than ever in getting anyone results! I’m confident in what I do and with passion and hard work I can only get better. I can’t wait to continue helping more people get stronger and healthier mentally and physically.
I GREW BOOBS
I put on more weight this year and it was the best decision ever because I NOW HAVE BOOBS!! I eat what I want, I train hard, I have a social life, I’m comfortable in my skin and I HAVE BOOBS!
THERE IS MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF BEAUTIFUL
Through social media it is so easy to compare yourself. Although hard sometimes I’ve gotten better at not doing that. I’ve learnt to love myself as I am and appreciate what God gave me.
2ND YEAR OF UNI
Passed 1st year. Started 2nd year strong! Ready to finish high.

I’M A BETTER PERSON THAN I WAS IN 2015
Overall, I’m better in every aspect than I was last year. Still got some work to do!! But I’ve learnt more, I know my own body, I’m healthier, stronger, smarter, happier and hungry for more! I’m in a good place right now and I want to continue this momentum in 2017.
