I have to go to work
I have to pick up the kids
I’m way too tired
I don’t feel very well
I don’t know how to train properly
I don’t have enough time.”
You have 2 types of people…
Type One – People who LOVE to complain and not do anything about it. The Day -Dreamers.
Type Two – People who identify the problem and think of a strategy. The Go-Getters.
Here’s how you can drop those excuses!
FIND YOUR MOTIVATION

Plan your days, weeks, months and year. Have long term goals and short term goals. GOALS. GOALS. GOALS. I can’t stress enough! I want you to INTENSIFY your vision so much until you make it your reality. Plan and remind yourself everyday, every night, every time you train, every time you go to work, every time you have the chance. Get my flow? BITE THE BULLET
If you want things in your life to be different you’re going to have to do things a little differently. Invest in yourself, hire a coach, take out a loan, meet new people.. step out of your bubble and jump into the deep end. Yeh, it’s a longer journey and may be risky but the view is so much better when you look back!
The people you choose to surround yourself with make a HUGE impact on your behaviour, thoughts and emotions. When you see people in your circle succeeding, this pushes you to think and act like them. Surround yourself with people who FORCE YOU TO LEVEL UP.
AT THE END OF THE DAY IF YOU TRULY WANT SOMETHING YOU JUST HAVE TO GO FOR IT..YOU’LL NEVER KNOW WHERE IT MAY LEAD YOU.
