Rather than spending 20 minutes in the bread aisle searching for the lowest calorie, gluten free, seeded, already sliced bread use this shopping list to help guide you in your food choices.

Having a BALANCE of every food source is the nutritional way to fuel your body. Splitting up your macros into carbs, protein and fats and then dividing each macro further into different categories can help remind you of all the sources you need to consider. No food is bad for you, but too much of it is. MODERATION is key!
