This mornings Snapchats consisted of me wanting to stay in bed all day with no intention of moving. This was all great until I got a sea of followers telling me too move my butt. I thank every one of you who virtually shouted at me, as I eventually peeled myself off my bed.

We all have these moments, when you have so much to do and so you just decide to lie there…

So how do you get your butt out of bed and attack the day like a legend?!

Find meaning in your life.

“But El, what is the meaning of life?”

The meaning of life is meaning.

People who find their lives meaningful usually have a GOAL that’s challenging to take up all their energies, a GOAL that gives significance to their lives.

Whatever it is, wherever it comes from, achieving PURPOSE is what gives meaning to life.

Decide where you want to be, realise what you have to do and get up every morning and attack the day until you’re there.

So next time you feel like turning your ‘just 5 more minutes’ into an hour REMEMBER what you NEED to achieve and where you WANT to be.
