How do you consistently go BEAST? How do you KEEP GOING when you’re tired? How do you push through that ‘WALL’???

You have to SYSTEMATICALLY DOMINATE.

1. Set a VISION of how you see yourself – where you want to be and how you want to be known. Now stay consistent about your vision!

2. Write written RULES for yourself – how you want to do things and how you want to feel. Write it all down on paper and make it seem real!

3. Be aggressive with your SELF TALK – give yourself a pep talk and congratulate yourself. Hype yourself up!

4. IDENTIFY what you want in the now – put all your energy in that action at that point in time and you will achieve it. Focus!

5. Stay CONSISTENT with all of the above – keep your vision in the back of your mind, apply your written rules, motivate yourself with your self talk and know what you want to achieve at the present moment.

PUSHING YOURSELF IS 100% MENTAL TO GET THROUGH THAT ‘WALL’.
