Epic HIIT session with the brother! 💪💪

Who says you need fancy equipment to have a good workout? Sometimes getting creative with what you find in your garden is way more fun than waiting in line for the squat rack!


FIRST CIRCUIT – No rest. Repeat 5 times.

30 sec explosive boxing
10 air squats
10 barbell burpees
10 decline push ups 


SECOND CIRCUIT – One goes the other rests. Repeat 5 times.

10 box jumps
50 meter sprint


10 minutes pad work


Working out doesn’t mean you have to trek to the gym all the time, especially when its out of your reach. Make life easier for yourself and decide when you will break a sweat where it suits you. That way you are more inclined to train and make those gains!
